Evaluation Panels
Panels will be established by the Romanian embassy staff prior to the application deadline.
State panels
The State panel consists of the Honorary Consul and 3 representative members selected by the Honorary Consul from the local community.
Regional panels
The Regional panel is led by the General Consul for the region and includes consulate staff and Honorary Consuls.
National panel
The National panel is led by the Ambassador, includes members of the Alianta organization board, and the General Consuls in each of the regions.
Contest administered with the support of American Romanian Cultural Society.
